Interview With Technology Director School

What to expect?
I am a senior at a local high school. School District has about 7,000 employees (2200. – Ish at the end), and around 1200 in the computer. Today, the district director of field studies of technology come to me asking me for an interview tomorrow. Most workers will deal with the new settings. Computers for the district,. Create a new account than for students and the summer. After that I may have to continue working there as support staff. Exactally what to expect from this interview. I did not have any certification. (Yet) but I'm one of the top students at the school computer.
He may just want To assess your technical skills. But equally important responsibility of your integrity and work ethics. High school kids you know that there are sometimes unreliable.
